Laden with silicones and lots of other nasties they do absolutely bugger all to repair damage BUT what they do offer is the illusion of smooth silky locks. SOLD
My favourite higher end brands would be Moroccan Oil (eye wateringly expensive) and L’Oreal’s Mythic Oil (my oil of choice for the last six months).
Enter a much more purse friendly option from Avon.
Their Advance Techniques 360 Nourishment Moroccan Argan Oil Leave In Treatment (let’s agree that whoever signed off on the product name needs shot)
Stupidly long name aside this is a bit of a gem. It was actually a stocking stuffer from my Mum and although I love some Avon products I thought a budget Argan Oil might be asking too much. But no, its a total steal and a fabulous find!
It’s work as well as, if not better than my L’Oreal Mythic. I use two to three pumps. Perhaps a little OTT for most people’s needs but my hair is uber dry and bleach damaged. It doesn’t add weight and I have even been able to use it near the crown and roots without leaving the hair lank or greasy.
I really cant recommend this enough, especially as it’s currently just £3.85 here
