Yay! I do whiten them (dental made trays and 10% bleach) but they haven't been done in at least six months.

Snap! I forget all the time and then shock myself in mirrors. I actually have a hair appointment tomorrow morning as my roots are mahoosive. I think I'll stay blonde (or perhaps go copper blonde), but definitely lighter for this half of the year anyway
Thanks re figure. I would like to get more toned but that would require actual hard graft in the gym and I just can't get motivated for that. I am still running 2-3 times a week tho and I think that's really helped me maintain xox
I am debating the couch to 5K… When I tried it before I wasn't fit enough. Now my fitness has improved I want to learn how to run. Do you bring Teddy & Dollie with you? Muffin always looks at me when it's walking time to see why I slowed down

Do it! I honestly couldn't breathe after running for 30 seconds when I started that. Now I can comfortably run for over an hour. It blows my mind. I used the Get Running App which I think is still about. Really recommend.
I don't bring the dogs, mainly because neither of them are very "outdoorsy" pooches. They like their walk on the beach but that knackers them. I reckon a run would kill them lol xox

Ok Arlene, you look amazing! Brighton Rock is fantastic on you, I just can't get it to look like that on me at all – it looks all sunny with your blonde hair and such a beautiful colour jacket too. Love the vlog for something a wee bit different!

Thanks Liùsaidh, I'm blonde by accident as I had intended to go red and then got cold feet. Actually have an appointment today and think I'll just get the blonde topped up as I quite like it now
