I’m not a Crocs fan myself, especially when they’re paired with tracksuit bottoms (an all too often sight in Belfast)…. BUT when you’re five and cute as a button you can get away with pretty much anything
These were MEANT to be for Noah’s Summer holiday but he’s decided that they are the best thing since sliced bread and refuses to let me put them away.
He’s also decided that socks with sandals are gonna be big this year AND that it’s super cool to mix your cartoons…
It’s certainly a look!
His smiley little face has cheered me up no end on this dreary wet day. I’m currently nursing a bad back. I “think” I hurt it cutting the garden last week but I continued to run with it (disaster). I finally had to admit defeat when I could barely walk the following day without turning the air blue with every step.
Anyone who’s ever suffered back pain will sympathise, it’s a pain in the arse (quite literally in my case… lower back). I saw the doctor this morning and she did that lovely doctory thing of POKING the sore bit. Gawd. Why?! So my poor back is in spasm and she’s prescribed Diclofenac to take down the inflammation and Diazepan to relax the muscles.
I’ve spent the latter part of today quite literally off my face. Fun for some, not so much for me (control freak).
Hopefully a few days of rest (well… as much as you can have as a Mum) will see a big improvement. I bet Kylie doesn’t have these problems!!
xo
P.S I bought the crocs here

Aw, arlene you poor thing-hope your back heals quickly. I normally think crocs are hideous but those scooby doo ones are so cute!!!!
Crocs and socks!!!! They are adorable!! God sounds like agony my hubby suffers from backache so you have my complete sympathy (so does Matt by the way!!) hope your on the mend soon x
OMG crocs with socks, I loove it! That sight made my day haha, so cute! I'm so sorry about your back!!! Back pain is the worst! I hope it starts to feel better soon and that the meds help you. xoxox
Aww, so cute! Crocs only work for kids, I think its a lazy footwear choice for grown ups, same as jelly shoes.
Sorry to hear about your back. I've suffered a bit myself in the last few months, although its my upper back and neck that get it because I'm tall.
I would whole-heartedly recommend that you see if you can find an osteopath near you. Its not cheap (I pay about £40 per session) but it is worth every penny. I've found that your typical GP gives you painkillers and tells you to rest, which always feels like a fob-off. I don't know why, but I feel like the Osteopath approach is better AND it works quicker.
Hope you're feeling better soon xx
that is so cute!
I sometimes wish thta I was 5 so I could do things like this
Hey Arlene!
This is completely off topic of the post, although those crocs are cute!
I just wondered if you're ok!? I realised I hadn't seen a tweet from you for ages, and then saw your account had been closed. Hope you're ok!
S xx
