he's so cute! What breed is he? At least he looks quite white…he's not dirty, if a little scruffed up…maybe that was the look he was going for?
He's a cross breed. Bichon Frise & Shih Tzu. Americans call it a Zuchon sometimes.
He might not look dirty but by god he whiffs. Can't wait to pick him up this avo & see the transformation
