Or it would be if nude polish didn’t make the wearer look as though they smoke about 60 cigarettes a day. Either that or that they should be laid up in a morgue with a tag on their toe.
My way of still staying trendy without looking dirty/ dead is to embrace the peach side of nude, rather than the beige side which is currently dominating the main brands.
Is this cheating? It’s still pretty nude in my book.

I really like it, it’s a massive departure from my usual vampy reds/ bright pinks, and without a doubt the lightest polish I own… but I really do like it and I feel more summery already!
This is my first Models Own Polish, purchased in my local branch of River Island (they carry a limited selection). It took 2 coats to reach the above opacity and was touch dry within around 5 minutes. Not as fast as my Rimmel Pro BUT on the plus side once dry it doesn’t wrinkle or dent. Massive thumbs up.

Not sure what I think of that shade…I love OPI's 'tickle my france-y' for a nude nail. Definitely agree that you have to carefully choose the nude.

Have you tried any of the Models Own Polishes? I think I definitely want to try more but not sure what to go for..
I'm liking it, not only does it check the nude colours box, but the candy coloured pastels for spring aswell!

I'm always a bit sad when I see new nail polish colours on blogs because I'm jealous. My nails never grow and so I've been having gels for about the last 9 or so years.
I love the low-maintenance aspect, as in once they're on they're on and mine never chip – but it does mean you're stuck with the same colour for 3 weeks. I sometimes wish I could chop and change daily.
Then I remember I'm too lazy for that.
This is a gorgeous colour though, I love all the pastels that are about at the mo!

Yay! Your blog is back! When did you start the site off again! Anyway – I agree nude nail varnishes are hard to find and to pull off – almost as elusive as the perfect nude! This peach is lovely, and the white base gives it a really 60's feel x
