Weight Loss Week 21
Half a pound on!
Total Weightloss so far = 17lbs
Why am I excited about a gain you might be thinking?? Well to be perfectly honest I was just glad to see my weight change in either direction. So BORED of staying the same. At least now, I’m thinking about what I can do to get back on track!
So I’m happy enough this week, hows everyone else getting on??

Good for you Arlene, keep up the positive mental attitude and you are sure to move in the right direction. I am very pleased with myself as I am finally totally back on track this week. i have had about six months of yo-yoing like a maniac and having no willpower or motivation, i think the good weather made me realise I cant go hiding opaque tights and long cardigans forever. Its amazing when you really go hardcore again how quickly things move, Im already finding trousers that were too tight a week ago are loosening up. Now Just to keep it up!

The good weather is definitely a motivator! And once you start seeing the difference in clothes its much more motivating than anything the scales can tell you IMO.
I’m so chuffed you’re back in the zone, I’d have to say I’m not at the minute and I can’t quite get back into it. How on earth do we ever get in that frame of my mind in the first place?? If we knew that I guess we’d be millionaires xox
