I get so sick of seeing everybody's review of the same items within a weeks time. It seems people tend to give genuine reviews when they have purchased an item with their own money. It's so obvious when they review items that were sent through PR. The excitement/enthusiasm is lacking, and the honesty is blurred. I mean you can quote what they say: "This item was sent to me to review. *insert what company wants you to say about their product here*. And I really like it!" Then for some strange reason, you never hear about that product EVER again! It's never in their favorites vids. Anyways. You cannot control a person's experience and everyone is so different (texture likes and dislikes, skin type and tone etc) that all you can do is offer your honest opinion and try and indicate who it might be suitable for (skincare is a nightmare in that regard). If you feel you're doing that then you're really doing all you can, and rest assured that your blog is very definitely one of the better ones out there and one I check regularly.
