If you follow me on Twitter you’ve probably already heard the unexciting news that I stayed the bloody same again this week!! Ugh! Frustrating!!
3 weeks = no loss, no gain either which I know I should be pleased about, and I am, but at the same time this plateau is annoying/ boring the life out of me!
A few people have recommended that I perhaps need to vary my meals more, to kick start weight loss again and so I’m definitely going to do that. I’m also going to remove alcohol out of the equation COMPLETELY this week, as I’ve noticed with this stunning weather, my beer in take has increased again, and lets face it, beer is NOT waist line friendly!
How is everyone else getting on? Is the good weather having any positive/ negative effects on your weight loss?

well Jeff got laid off over a wk ago so him being around isnt helping and the sun aswell means more eating out and bbq's and I have been lax at the gym.
My youngest went on a school trip on the morning of my weigh in so I missed it but on my scales at was 2 on. So detoxing this week with protein shakes each morning and evening and a light lunch, will try and fit in more walking.
Good news though Jeff starts work again next monday so its back to gym in the mornings and eating less.

God I didn't know Jeff was made redundant, was it a shock?? Thats terrible but unfortuntely all I seem to hear about at the mo, its great hes managed to get something else so quickly tho
I totally agree when everyone is about its really hard to stick to WW, without routine I just go to pieces, I am officially dreading the summer holidays as I know I'm gonna find it difficult to keep a handle on things. I don't want to get all Hitler about it either as obviously I want to enjoy it too. Ugh! 3 weeks to go until they are off tho so I guess the best I can do is be good until then!! xx
