The Dreaded ScalesStayed the same!

Nothing on, nothing off!!

I’m happy enough with that, as I enjoyed my time in London, eating pretty much what I liked :)

I think I haven’t gained because although I didn’t eat particularly well in my own eyes last week, I was still eating MUCH BETTER than I used to!

Proves that sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too, everything in moderation really is key ;)

How did everyone else get on??

Fabulous!!! Its so exciting isn't it. Seeing it off at the scales is very motivating :) Just wait until you start feeling and seeing the difference too, you'll be on top of the world :) xoxox

That's amazing!! Well done you x Started back last night my first meeting in a loooong time. Have put on 7lbs but have 6 weeks to go to hols so I know I can get that off. Have really realised I really do need to go to the meetings and be weighed I really can't do it myself at home!!

Definitely Av. Sometimes I begrudge paying £6 to be told the inevitable, I've lost nowt. However the meeting itself is invaluable to me, always motivates me, especially when you see others collecting their gold cards. I have 10lbs to go to get mine. I really want to do it before September but once the kids get off school I know my eating pattern will be all over the place! xx

That's brill, you should be pleased with that, especially given the fun you had in London! It's nice seeing that your eating habits have changed, I'm the same – even if you don't stick to the plan the good choices still remain. Keep her lit!
