Get In!!!!!!!!!! 2lbs off!!!!!
Total Loss so far = 17.5lbs
This is just the boost I needed. I’ve been yo-yoing the past few weeks and it was frankly doing my head in. So back to basics I went this week, cooking from scratch, smaller portions, dinner before 7pm, and lots more activity.
I have power hosed, gardened, walked the dog etc….. and none of it has been a chore. Exercise really does make you feel good, and it proves you don’t need to be sweating it out at a gym. Gyms aren’t for everyone, and they certainly aren’t for me.
Plans for this week are more of the same coupled with a little bit of power walking. I’ve always wanted to try this but didn’t want to look like a knob on my own. Thankfully my chum at Weightwatchers has agreed to join me in being pointed at & laughed at 2 nights a week. I’ll let you know how it goes

Well done lady! I've started to go walking in the evening and cooking much healthier now too. Haven't joined WW going to try do it myself

stayed the same this week, but its Totm and i feel like a whale and whereas i havent eaten over my points – ive been slack on exercising. When i am feeling crappy and down I just want to stay in and tydy up or walk the dogs.
I was in full TOTM swing last week and gained. Don't be hard on yourself chick, managing to stay the same is a feat in itself. Don't get disheartened, I promise you'll see an impressive loss next week at the scales if you keep at it. TOTM = nightmare
Thanks ladies, yes I'm thinking I just need to get into the zone and not care what I look like. Its the wee R Plated spides tho, I'm sure I'll get a few Yeooooooooooooo's lol xox
congratulations! that's so good. i find that the trick to incorporating a bit of exercise into my life is to do something super fun. i did pole dancing, and it's the funest thing you could ever do. and you burn a serious amount of calories. that's just what i found anyway. but you're doing really well!
That does sound fun! I think my Mr might like that too….
Do they run classes down south? I've never heard or seen of any up here. I do remember Dunnes (of all places) selling pole kits at Xmas tho lol
