<description>oohhhh sounds like I need to get myself down to Conlig!

My nails are pretty poor also, well used to be until I had a marriage in heaven with nail envy. The trick I have found which really does work- apply 2 coats to clean nails , then your usual colour and apply one coat every second day on top of your colour. Continue for one week, remove it all and start again. Honestly it really does work and they get sooo strong and long even if it does require patience and time.

I usually do this for about 6 weeks then switch to Nail Envy Peeling 2 weeks with that for those little layers that build up, then back to the orginal Strengthener

Whilst Im on my OPI rant their cuticle oil is fab- it comes in a tube with a brush to apply every night(keep it beside your hand cream) and finally don&#039;t get me started on their top coat and drip dry... whole other story!!
