We’ll be seeing in 2009 at home (kids are tucked up in bed already), with some party food and champagne. No doubt I’ll end up half cut singing along with the stars on Jool’s Holland….. 
2008 was the year I married the love of my life, travelled far and wide, made a career change and celebrated a very poignant pregnancy with my bestest friend in the whole world.
It was a sad year too in terms of people passing, both in the family circle and among friends, we move forward a year but these special people will not be forgotten.
So…. raise your glass, whether it be champers, beer, a cocktail or a diet coke and from me and my blue nails, have a good’un peeps, see you all on the other side xox

Happy New Year lady! I know what you mean about 2008 being great. Also the year I married my darling husband! We are very lucky girls!
